We've owned A1 since 2004 and have loved sharing our piece the North Shore with others. This is part of the Sea Villa Townhomes (formerly part of Lutsen Resort). It is an end-unit and has a kitchen, living, and diningroom on the first floor, along with a 3/4 bath and large deck that overlooks the woods and lake. The second floor has two bedrooms - lakeside has a king-sized bed, hillside offers two full-sized beds - and a split bath (sink separate from toilet/shower). Continue up another level and you get to a cozy loft space with two full beds overlooking the lake.
Close to Hikes and Grand Marais
There are many beautiful hiking trails minutes from the Sea Villas! Grand Marais is 20 minutes east on Highway 61 where you'll find restaurants and grocery stores.
Lakeside Bonfires
There are plenty of fire rings available throughout the property and firewood is included with your stay. The firewood on site is replenished throughout your stay.
Playground
A playground is just down the path, in case a day of skipping stones and exploring didn't tire out your little ones!
Pool
The Guest Services Building is just a two-minute walk away down the wooded path! Here you'll find a pool, hot tub, sauna, changing rooms and towel service.
Housekeeping
Bed linens, bath and kitchen towels, and all soaps/shampoos (kitchen/bath) are provided. Odyssey Resorts manages cleaning between guests and is on call if you need anything during your stay.
